The Texas LEGO® User Group - San Antonio (TexLUG-SA) held its fourth in-person Community Meeting (CM) of 2025 on 30 August 2025. 12 Group Members attended our in-person Community Meeting at Krystle’s Brick Shop in Rolling Oaks Mall. Topics discussed were a synopsis of the latest LAN Connect on 27 August 2025, spent some time with of Member representing us at the LEGO® Rebuilding Communities (RLUG / RLOC) sessions held by Jordan Paxton, AFOL Engagement at Brick Fair VA 2025 with Ambassadors and other AFOLs in attendance last month, brought Letter of Appreciation from the Director of the World Heritage Center thanking the Group for their support of the San Antonio Missions LEGO® building contest and submittals of models for display for the next month, wrapped up the Judging Event of LEGO® brick builds for the charity Youth Code, our lead for the display at Krystle’s Brick Shop gave brief update on the layout for next weekend’s gathering, a brief discussion on the display later in September at Bricks and Minifigures - Bulverde was discussed, potential displays at local libraries over the coming months and the future New Braunfels Railroad Museum hosted Fall Train Show on 25-26 October 2025 and Brick Rodeo 2026 All Access sales opened recently. Favorite part of the Community Meeting is the sharing of the latest purchases, creations and builds as we go “Around the LUG” near the end of the Community Meeting plus Members are excited about the upcoming Alamo Workshop and draft of a LEGO® Creator Set in the next two weeks.
